Happiness is a Healthy Liver

Do you know people that are moody and unhappy, perhaps even grumpy and extremely negative?

How have you been feeling? And would you like to feel better?

The Liver is an amazing organ in your body that like the Kidney is a filtration system that filters the toxic stuff out of what you consume or take in through your body.

Not only is it important to be conscious of what you are eating and drinking but also what you are putting on your skin or breathing in.

When the Liver  is full of toxins then the results is feeling poorly in your body and negativity is the results which shows up in many different ways.

Some of those ways are anger, tiredness, depression, moodiness, etc.

So how do you prevent a toxic Liver?

Be aware of what you are eating, drinking and breathing.

Foods and Beverages that contain sugar, alcohol, processed foods, etc. ( anything not in it’s natural state which you find in nature) you want to cut way back  and eliminate if at all possible so that your Liver doesn’t have to be forced to deal with it in the first place.

Since your skin is the largest organ of the body and absorbs what you place on it ( which the Liver then has to filter) be aware of the lotions, cosmetics, cleansing and personal Enthusiastic Girl Jumping into Airhygiene products that you are using

Read labels and anything with sodium laurel sulfate, msg, preservatives, dyes or anything that you haven’t a clue what it is, don’t put it on your body.

Vibrant health, joy and energy is a choice!

Basic rule is if you can’t eat it don’t put it on your body.

Ways to cleanse the Liver is :

1. Stop putting in toxic foods, beverages, etc. in your body.

2. Eat fresh Dandelion greens in your fresh juices, smoothies and salads, eating it uncooked so that all the vitamins, minerals and enzymes are still intact.

Side note: The bitterness of Dandelion also helps your digestive system.

3. Milk Thistle also cleanses the Liver.

4. Do what you love and really appreciate your Liver as well as every part of your precious body.

Honor it and treat it like your best friend because you get to live with the body that you are in for the rest of your life!
