Slenderizing Recipes


1 bunch of Broccoli rinsed and chopped into florettes (Place in a bowl of hot water to tenderize for about 15 minutes and drain), 1-2 medium Tomatoes chopped, 1/2 Red Bell Pepper chopped fine, 1/4 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes (optional), 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen Corn, (white or yellow), 1 fresh Garlic bulb chopped fine, 4-5 Mushrooms sliced, 1/4 tsp. of Celtic or Sea Salt, 1/2 lime juiced, 2-3 Tbsp of Olive Oil.

Mix all ingredients together.  continue to blend so that all of the vegetables are well coated with the oil lime, salt and garlic.


6 pitted Dates (Medjool dates are plumper and softer), 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, 1 cup of Raw unsalted Cashews which have been soaked in water for 30 minutes and drained., 1 tsp of Agave nectar.

Add just enough water to cover Cashews in the Vita-mix or Blender.  add Dates, Agave and Vanilla extract.

Blend until creamy


1-1 1/2 cups of Raw Almonds, Place in a jar, pour spring or distilled water over the nuts and soak over night and drain.

Place soaked Almonds in Vita-mix and add about 3 cups of water.

Add: 4-6 pitted soft Dates, 1/2 tsp of Vanilla extract, 1 tsp of Agave nectar.

Blend until Almonds are completely blended and has a milky color.  Pour into a Nut Milk bag and strain over large bowl.  You can compost the Almond pulp or save it for another recipe.


2 cups Almond meal (leftover pulp from Almond milk), 1 cup of soft Dates pitted, 1 Banana, 1/3 cup of Cacao powder, Carob or Cocoa powder, 1 cup chopped Walnuts or Pecans, 1 tsp. Vanilla extract, 2 Tbsp Agave nectar or Honey

Using Food Processor combine Dates, Banana, Cacao powder, Vanilla extract and Agave nectar.  Add Almond meal and mix ingredients.  You may want to add a little water or Olive oil to keep mixture from sticking to the sides of Food Processor.

Pour batter into bowl, add nuts and mix with hands or mixing spoon.

Pour into Teflex sheets and shape Brownie into a 1 inch thickness or smaller for a thinner Brownie.  Place in Dehydrator for 4-6 hours, score with knife into bite-size pieces and flip over to continue drying for another 4-6 hours.

This Brownie is wonderful eaten by itself or you can make a frosting by making Cashew cream and adding Cacao powder,Carob or Cocoa powder to taste and extra Agave nectar to sweeten.
