Pack clothing appropriate for the season and shoes for walking/hiking.

Bring a blanket, towels & personal items.

We will be camping indoors in a large carpeted room with easy access to bathroom.

Bring a journal.

For movement classes bring clothes to move and stretch in, yoga mat/blanket and a hip scarf for Belly dance fitness class.

These retreats are designed to “let your hair down” and invite the Goddess out to play as you are learning fun tips that only serve to enhance and bring more joy and confidence into your life!

    Can I join but not practice yoga

      The retreats are quarterly and my apologizes in getting to this so late.
      The answer to your question is yes, you can come to the retreats without doing the yoga.
      Although the gentle stretching helps with circulation, stiff muscles and unblocks stagnant energies in your body.

      It is a personal preference.
      Our bodies are designed to move and when you physically move, everything else in your life flows.
      Yoga and belly dance are my own personal preferences.
